Thala Beach Nature Reserve is located on a private headland between Cairns and Port Douglas, Australia. The retreat is located on 145 beachfront acres, between the Daintree Rainforest and the Coral Sea coastline.

This eco retreat has 83 timber bungalows, offering both views on the forest or the sea. Coral Sea bungalows are located high, offering views of the horizon, while Eucalypt and Jungle bungalows are nestled deep into the forest, offering relaxing, natural, green and soothing surrounding. The interior is made of natural material and are integrated into the environment, but yet have a luxurious touch which offers comfort. 

Complimentary experiences for the guests include nature and wildlife walks, coconut tours, kayaking, snorkeling, star gazing nights, dining in the treetops overlooking the Coral Sea, spa and massages.
